Republican primary runoff votes taken in Horn Lake, Hernando.

No general election to be held in Olive Branch in June

The Republican Executive Committee certified the election results on April 8.

The case goes back to September of last year when State Auditor Shad White came to DeSoto County to announce an indictment and arrest of Roberts.

Mayoral and alderman candidates are qualifying for the April 1 primary election.

It was not immediately disclosed the amount of funds Roberts is alleged to have received.

Southaven Alderman Charlie Hoots has announced his candidacy for state Representative.

Brighton, Tenn. teacher faces fondling charges in DeSoto County.
