Suspect sought in Southaven drive by shooting

Southaven Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a suspect in a drive-by shooting Monday afternoon that sent one person to hospital with a gunshot wound.  

Officers were called to a residence at 588 Hillbrook Drive, north of Rasco Road and west of Airways Blvd., shortly after 1:30 p.m. on a report of shots fired. 

Responding officers found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment by Southaven EMS in stable condition.  

Investigators found about 30 shell casings around the residence and witnesses identified a suspect vehicle as a blue NIssan Altima.
