The Olive Branch Police Department said it will host a Fall Citizen Police Academy from Sept. 3 to Nov. 5, 2026. The department described the program as a 10-week, hands-on experience open to community members.
Classes will be held every Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the department said. Organizers said snacks and door prizes will be provided at each session.
The department said the curriculum will include DUI demonstrations, K-9 operations with opportunities to meet the dogs, SWAT presentations, school resource officer briefings and criminal investigations sessions.
