The Olive Branch Police Department said its officers participated in three community events, including a school festival, a church Touch-A-Truck event and an employee festival at McKesson.
At Pleasant Hill Elementary, Officer Lazo and Officer Todd joined students and families for the school’s annual Fall Festival & Book Fair. The department said the officers were building positive relationships with young community members.
At LaBelle Haven Baptist Church, Captains Wardlaw and Wilson, Sergeant Murphy and K-9 Yarko took part in the church’s Touch-A-Truck event. More than 700 citizens attended, according to the department.
Officer Bass and Officer Payne attended McKesson’s first-ever employee Fall Festival. The department said the officers connected with employees from across the Mid-South at the event, which included food, music and fellowship.
