The DeSoto Family Theatre credits its dedicated team of artists, volunteers, and staff for the success of its production of ‘The Secret Garden.’

Operators Tolbert and Valenzuela spent the week in Pearl, Mississippi, earning Terminal Agency Coordinator certifications, the agency said. The certifications cover NCIC compliance, record validation and terminal security oversight.

An announcement said Kirkland Creative Group, a full-service advertising agency that specializes in graphic design, branding, video editing and website design, has joined the business community and will host a meet-and-greet May 8.

The Southaven Chamber of Commerce announced Londyn Schumacher won first place in the Southaven Magazine photo contest; her photos will be on display at the chamber offices in May and at the chamber’s August Quarterly Luncheon.
