Horn Lake police seek 19-year-old after shots-fired complaint and hospital arrival

Horn Lake police are seeking 19-year-old Neyomiah Skinner after a shots-fired complaint on Patricia Drive and the subsequent arrival of an 18-year-old male at Baptist DeSoto Hospital with a gunshot wound, according to the Horn Lake Police Department.

Police said officers responded at about 6:40 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, to the area of Patricia and Choctaw Drive. Upon arrival, officers found multiple rounds of ammunition in the roadway on Patricia Drive.

The department said officers obtained video evidence showing Skinner firing multiple shots and fleeing the scene in a vehicle. Shortly after the shots-fired call, the 18-year-old male arrived at Baptist DeSoto Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said the victim confirmed he had been shot while in Horn Lake, and that the location was later confirmed through video evidence.

Skinner is wanted on a charge of aggravated assault and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said. Anyone who sees Skinner or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Horn Lake Police Department at 662-393-6174.
