Trojans soccer season ends in playoffs

The year has ended for the Northpoint Christian School boys’ soccer team after a 7-2 defeat at University School of Jackson, Tenn. in the TSSAA Division II-A West Region playoffs on Thursday, May 5.

Eli Bailey and Ethan Mansell scored the goals in the match for the Trojans.  

Both Northpoint baseball and softball games that were scheduled for Thursday were postponed due to rain. The Trojans’ baseball contest with Jackson Christian has been moved to Friday at 7:15 p.m. The Lady Trojans softball contest with Harding Academy was also postponed.
