Sen. Roger Wicker met with the Tate County Council of Governments and local leaders to discuss communities, schools, health care and economic development, Northwest Mississippi Community College said in a social media post.
The college said the meeting included Tate County leadership, the town of Coldwater, Tate County EDF, Senatobia Municipal School District, Tate County School District, Northwest Mississippi Community College and Highland Hills Medical Center.
The groups discussed their communities, schools, health care, economic development and the future of the region, the post said.
Northwest Mississippi Community College said it was grateful for the opportunity to share its vision and to continue building a stronger Tate County together.
