Olive Branch Police Department’s CPA Class 34 met with the department’s Criminal Investigations and Street Crimes divisions on Oct. 27, 2026, according to a Nov. 4 post by the department. The class was in its 10th week.
The divisions presented information about the work performed by the Criminal Investigations Division and Street Crimes Unit. Class members then divided into two groups for a mock crime scene exercise and were challenged to solve a mystery crime.
The class also learned about and viewed different drugs that the department said it takes off the streets in Olive Branch. Group 1 won the exercise, according to the post.
The department said the next stop for the class is graduation. It also thanked Jim N Nick’s BBQ for providing dinner for the class.
