Horn Lake officers join Bartlett Police Week 5K to support C.O.P.S.

Horn Lake police officers and their families participated in the Bartlett Police Department’s seventh annual Police Week 5K, the Horn Lake Police Department said in a social media post.

The department said the event supports Concerns of Police Survivors, or C.O.P.S., an organization that stands beside the families of fallen officers. The post noted that C.O.P.S. will be present during National Police Week in Washington, D.C., May 11-17, 2026.

In the post, the department said it was “proud to represent, support, and stand alongside those who have sacrificed so much.” The post also described the run as a “great event” and a “great morning run.”

The department’s statement emphasized support for officers’ families and the fallen, and encouraged continued recognition of their sacrifices, the post said.
