Baptist-DeSoto to start drive-through vaccinations
Another drive-through opportunity has become available in DeSoto County for those wanting to get their COVID-19 vaccination.
Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto has announced that it is offering drive-through vaccinations every Thursday and on select Saturdays at the hospital, located at 7601 Southcrest Parkway in Southaven. The vaccination offerings are to begin this Thursday, April 8, and continue indefinitely.
In most cases, the Pfizer vaccine will be administered, although in some cases, the Moderna vaccine will be used. Those getting the vaccine will not be able to request a certain type of vaccine, however.
