The Southaven Police Department remembered Lt. James “Billy” Lance, who was killed in the line of duty in 1988, and the more than 24,000 officers who have died while serving, the department said.

Organizers said AFair will return Saturday, May 23, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. They said they will not be at the event this week but invited visitors to attend next weekend.
