The City of Olive Branch announced it will host Public Safety Night Out on Thursday, July 30 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the city track inside Olive Branch City Park. The event is free, city officials said.
Officials said the evening will include live music, local food vendors and a free food giveaway by the city’s First Responder Cooking team. The event will also feature a kid zone, safety demonstrations and opportunities to meet members of the Olive Branch Police Department, Olive Branch Fire Department and other city departments, the city said.
“We can’t wait to see you there,” Mayor Ken Adams said in the city announcement, urging families to attend to connect with first responders and learn about public safety resources, officials said.
The city invited vendors and organizations interested in hosting an informational table to email info@obms.us for more details, officials said.
