DeSoto Civic Garden Club continues the spirit of Christmas

Club members along with other volunteers previously decorated a Christmas tree in the rotunda of the DeSoto County courthouse.

In addition to the club’s many horticultural projects, they also are involved with ongoing philanthropy projects

Thirty pink tulips were planted by the first grade students at Sacred Heart School.

The week of June 4-10 has been designated as DeSoto County Garden Week, as established by National Garden Clubs, Inc.

The DeSoto Civic Garden Club held its monthly meeting on April 4 at the M.R. Davis Public Library in Southaven.
