Jabil to invest $70M in Marshall County facility, add 24 jobs
JACKSON, Miss. (Sept. 25, 2025) – Global manufacturing company Jabil announced plans to open a $70 million facility in Marshall County, creating 24 jobs by 2027.
The St. Petersburg, Florida-based company will build a 100,000-square-foot plant with X-ray sterilization capabilities for medical devices. The site will support Jabil’s healthcare division and be strategically located near the company’s Memphis transportation hub.
The Mississippi Development Authority, Marshall County Board of Supervisors, and the Tennessee Valley Authority are partnering on the project, which is receiving support through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive (MFLEX) program.
Gov. Tate Reeves called the investment proof of “Mississippi Momentum,” while Jabil leaders said the project will bring high-tech career opportunities to the region.
Job openings are expected closer to the facility’s 2027 completion, and applicants can register at careers.jabil.com.
