A Touch-A-Truck event and Kidz Zone are scheduled as part of the Hernando Water Tower Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce announced the activities in a post describing Touch-A-Truck as returning this year.
The Kidz Zone will feature DeSoto County Sheriff motorcycles, along with vehicles or equipment from the Hernando Fire Department, Hernando Police Department, American Towing and the Mississippi Highway Patrol, the chamber said.
