South Panola FFA wins Mississippi contest, will compete in Indiana

South Panola FFA said it won the Mississippi competition and will compete at the national level in Indiana.

To raise funds for the trip, the team is holding a car wash at the Ray Poole State Farm office on Highway 6 in Batesville, organizers said.

Deputies Williams and Long recently demonstrated their support for the team, the FFA said.

Organizers invited the public to have vehicles washed and contribute to the team’s national effort, the group said.
