Power restored after Olive Branch outage; drivers urged to avoid Pleasant Hill Road
Power was restored Saturday after an outage in Olive Branch, Mayor Ken Adams and the City of Olive Branch government said.
The city had asked motorists to avoid the area from Pleasant Hill Road up to Davidson Road because traffic lights were out, the city said.
City officials said officers were on site directing traffic at intersections and that Northcentral Electric Cooperative arrived on scene to repair the outage and restore power.
The city thanked residents for their patience and urged drivers to slow down and treat intersections as four-way stops, the city said.
