Pond near Complex C closed for Children’s Fishing Rodeo prep

A pond near Complex C in Olive Branch will be closed from noon May 6 until 9 a.m. May 9 for park maintenance ahead of the Children’s Fishing Rodeo, Mayor Ken Adams and the City of Olive Branch said.

The city said Olive Branch Parks and Recreation crews are preparing the site for the community event.

Public access to the pond will be restricted during the maintenance period, the city said in its announcement.

The City of Olive Branch posted the notice on its government page, attributing the information to Mayor Ken Adams.
