Phillips promoted at Community Bank

Community Bank Friday announced the promotion of Carson Phillips as Assistant Vice President in Community Bank’s Southaven office. Barry Prather, Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank’s Northern Region made the announcement in a news release.

A native of Olive Branch, Phillips recently served as Loan Officer and has been in banking for three and a half years. In his new role, Phillips will continue to manage and grow his loan and deposit portfolio along with customer relationships within the Southaven area.

Phillips is a graduate of The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a minor in Business Administration. He also attended the Southeastern School of Consumer Lending and is a Leadership DeSoto graduate.

In the community, Phillips is involved with the DeSoto County Dream Center and is a Southaven Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.

Phillips is married to Kayleigh, together they reside in Hernando.
