The Olive Branch Police Department thanked Lynn, Nellie and Zach Delorme for bringing fresh fruit and cookies to the department during National Police Week, the department said.
Mayor Ken Adams, through the City of Olive Branch government account, said residents provide “the best support in the country” and that serving and protecting them is “an honor and privilege.”
The department described the gesture as an example of community support for law enforcement during National Police Week, the statement said.
The message and thank-you were posted on the City of Olive Branch government account, the statement said.
