Olive Branch Police Name Bee Eller Dugan Officer of the Month for May 2026

The Olive Branch Police Department named Officer Bee Eller Dugan its Officer of the Month for May 2026, the department said in a statement.

The department credited Dugan with outstanding professionalism, unwavering dedication and a continued commitment to serving Olive Branch residents, saying she consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and leadership throughout May.

The statement said Dugan maintained a positive attitude under pressure, responded to situations with professionalism and sound judgment, and repeatedly went above and beyond expectations. It added that she showed reliability, initiative, thorough investigations and attention to detail.

The department also said Dugan assisted fellow officers, volunteered to help other shifts, mentored colleagues, and aided neighboring agencies when called upon. The statement said she treated community members with respect, compassion and integrity.

The announcement, posted by the City of Olive Branch government, said Dugan embodies the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics and represents the department’s values of professionalism, accountability and selfless service. The department invited the public to join in congratulating her on the recognition.
