Olive Branch mayor urges motorists to avoid Eastover Boulevard after damaged utility poles

The city closed Eastover Boulevard between English Oaks and Cedardale Drive after multiple electrical poles were damaged, Mayor Ken Adams said.

The road has been shut down and Northcentral Electric Cooperative has been notified and is en route to the scene, Adams said.

Adams asked motorists to avoid the area and thanked residents for their patience, according to a City of Olive Branch government notice.
