Olive Branch hosts Light the Way music festival weekend
Olive Branch is ready to welcome top Christian artists to City Park this weekend with the two-day Light the Way music festival. The event is set to start at 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 16-17.
The Olive Branch festival is the first of five festivals by the Ozark, Missouri-based ministry with the vision of “Taking Church Outside the Walls, One Festival or Concert at a Time.”
Gates to the park will open at 3 p.m. both Friday and Saturday and each evening will end at 10 p.m.
Mayor Ken Adams commented, “Light The Way staff has been in Olive Branch all week working tirelessly with Olive Branch teams to prepare for the weekend event. This is one of the events to celebrate the 150 year anniversary of the city and many residents have been praying fervently for and anticipating the music festival. I do think this is one of those events people just don’t need to miss and believe an outstanding product will be delivered. Special thanks to the volunteers and financial sponsors who are graciously giving to make this possible.”
