Olive Branch Mayor Ken Adams and city aviation and emergency officials said the runway at Olive Branch Airport Taylor Field (KOLV) reopened Wednesday after a small-plane operational incident.
In a release dated April 22, 2026, officials said a small aircraft was involved in an operational incident on the runway. No other aircraft or persons were involved, and no injuries have been reported, the release said.
Emergency personnel were on site during the response, and the runway had been closed until further notice before officials announced it was reopened, the release said.
The incident is under investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available, officials said. The release was issued by Mayor Ken Adams and representatives of Olive Branch Aviation, the Olive Branch Police Department and the Olive Branch Fire Department.
