Highway 302 westbound reopens in Olive Branch after crash

The City of Olive Branch said Highway 302 has reopened and traffic is flowing normally following a motor vehicle crash, according to a message posted by Olive Branch Mayor Ken Adams.

Earlier, the city asked motorists to avoid Highway 302 westbound at Alexander Road because of the crash, the message said.

Both westbound lanes were closed and traffic was being diverted onto Alexander Road northbound and southbound, the message said. The city urged motorists to use alternate routes.

At the time of the advisory, the city said there was no estimate for when law enforcement crews would be able to reopen the roadway. The message thanked motorists for their patience and urged them to stay safe.
