Niece assists McLendon as Senate page

A teenager from Frisco, Texas and who is the niece of state Sen. Michael McLendon (R-Hernando) recently was assisting him as a page on the Senate floor in Jackson.  

Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff during their time at the State Capitol. Ary Hadley of Frisco, Texas had that experience in Jackson for McLendon. Hadley is the daughter of Scott and Tammy Ary and attends Frisco, Tex. High School. 

“I am having a great time, and this has been a really fun week overall,” Hadley said. “Thank you to my uncle, Senator McLendon, for this amazing opportunity.”
