The Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce welcomed D1 Training Olive Branch to its Chamber family, according to a post from the organization.
D1 Training Olive Branch is described as a locally owned athletic training facility serving youth through adults. Its offerings include sport-specific strength and speed training, group strength classes, small-group training and team training.
The facility also identifies itself as a HYROX Training Center, offering training designed to prepare participants for their next HYROX race. Its programming is described as purpose-driven and intended to help clients pursue their goals while training like athletes, regardless of age or skill level.
The facility says its approach is rooted in sports science, led by expert coaches and built around accountability, intensity and measurable progress. It says it works with student-athletes seeking to make a team as well as adults rebuilding strength and confidence.
