The Desoto County Dream Center said in a social media post that Homer Skelton Auto Group will match every registration and donation for the DC Race 5K & Kids Fun Run made during a one-week matching period that ends at midnight.
The organization urged supporters to run, walk, form a team, sponsor a child, purchase a T-shirt or make a donation to double their impact, the post said.
The Dream Center provided a registration and donation link for the event, saying contributions must be made before midnight to qualify for the match: https://runsignup.com/Race/MS/Southaven/DGRace.
The post did not specify the exact end date of the matching week, only that the matching period concludes at midnight, the Dream Center said.
