The Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce announced Music Around the Square, a project intended to play music throughout the historic downtown Square as people shop, dine and visit. The Chamber said the music will reflect the season and the atmosphere, including spooky tunes around Halloween and Christmas classics during the holidays.
The Chamber invited the community to celebrate the project’s official introduction “tomorrow” at 11 a.m. The post did not provide a calendar date for the event.
The project was made possible through ARPA funds provided by the Mississippi Main Street Association through the Mississippi Legislature, the Chamber said.
