Hernando Comprehensive Plan public meeting date set

Hernando city officials have announced a public meeting will be held Feb. 16 concerning the city’s Comprehensive Plan. The 6 p.m. meeting at City Hall will discuss the updated plan, which is a policy statement to be adopted by the Board of Aldermen describing a vision for the city’s development during the next 2-3 decades.  

“It is a big picture look at what the City of Hernando will look like at the end of the planning period,” stated city officials on a public notice found on the city’s official website.
