Garden Club observes National Library Week

April 5-9 was National Library Week and is a time to celebrate our nation’s libraries and library workers and also to promote library use and support.
The DeSoto Civic Garden Club celebrated the week with the M. R. Davis Library in Southaven by placing an arrangement of fresh cut flowers for recognition of this special week.
The DeSoto Civic Garden Club is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc., Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc., and the Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc., Hills and Delta District.
