Municipal candidates list updated

City clerks in DeSoto County Tuesday reported no new additional candidates for mayor and aldermen have filed since late last week, with the exception of Horn Lake. 

Officials there reported two additional names had filed to be on the April 6 primary election ballot. 

A reminder that Feb. 5 is the final day to file. Potential runoff votes would take place on April 27 with the general election to be held on June 8.  

The complete list, as of Tuesday, is found below.  It includes an added name on the Southaven Ward 1 Republican ballot reported late Tuesday afternoon.
