Mississippi remembers Pearl Harbor Day

Dec. 7 marks the “Day in Infamy” when Japanese fighter planes attacked Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.. Tuesday is the 80th anniversary of the surprise attack that pulled the United States into World War II. A total of 188 U.S aircraft were destroyed, 2.403 Americans died and 1,178 others were wounded.
