Garden club plaque remembers COVID-19 sufferers

DeSoto Civic Garden Club President Emilie Michael and member Andrea Michael, added to the Magnolia tree previously planted by club members at the Jim Saucier Memorial Park in Southaven. Installed was a plaque recognizing all of those affected by COVID-19.  Local park goers stopped to read and admire. Jim Saucier Memorial Park is a beautiful green area of land with a center lake, trees and walking trails. It is located at 8710 Northwest Drive in Southaven.

DeSoto Civic Garden Club is a member of The National Garden Clubs, Inc.,  Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc. and The Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc.
