Caledonia teen charged with murder hours after graduation

A teenager from Caledonia was charged with murder hours after he graduated.

Officials said 18-year-old Justin Robert Coggins allegedly shot Dustin Hoffpauir Saturday morning, May 21 during a domestic dispute.

The incident happened at 136 Richards Lane in Caledonia.

Earlier that morning Justin had just graduated from high school.

Hoffpauir’s body will be sent to state medical examiners for an autopsy.
