Campaign county chairs for Reeves announced

Gov. Tate Reeves has announced county chairs in all 82 Mississippi counties for his 2023 re-election campaign.

“Gov. Reeves county chairs include small business owners, teachers, veterans, and state/local elected officials from across the state. Each of these individuals will play a critical role in leading our campaign to reach every voter in Mississippi.” said Campaign Manager Elliott Husbands.

Campaign chairs in DeSoto County are Tony Jones, Michael Hatcher, and Ellen Jernigan.

“We are building an incredible team to take on the national liberals and their allies,” said Gov Reeves. “I am truly humbled by the response from all of these local leaders stepping up and joining our campaign. Mississippians from across the state have seen the progress we have made over the past four years, and we plan on keeping up the Mississippi Momentum.”

Reeves continued, “Our unemployment rate is at an all-time low. Our education achievement levels are at an all-time high, and our teachers salaries are up over $6,000 per year because of it. I will never stop working on behalf of the people of Mississippi. Together we’re going to keep up the Mississippi momentum. This is Mississippi’s time.”
