Memphis Hustle release training camp roster
The Memphis Hustle, the NBA G League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, has finalized its 2021-22 training camp roster, the team announced. Additionally, the team selected guard Karim Mane and forward Gerard Tarin in the second round of the 2021 NBA G League Draft.
Mane (6-5, 218), has one season of NBA experience with the Orlando Magic and has made 15 appearances for the Lakeland Magic of the NBA G League. The Saint-Hubert, Canada, native appeared in 10 games with Orlando last season, totaling 11 points, 14 rebounds and four assists. In 15 games (all starts) with Lakeland, Mane averaged 5.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 22.3 minutes per game while helping the Magic win the 2021 NBA G League Finals.
Tarin (6-9, 215) has one season of NBA G League experience with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the NBA G League affiliate of the Miami Heat, and has played professionally in Bulgaria. The Fort Myers, Fla., native appeared in 23 games with Sioux Falls in the 2018-19 season, averaging 3.8 points and 3.0 rebounds in 8.2 minutes per game.
The Hustle’s 2021-22 Training Camp begins on Monday, Oct. 25, and all players and Head Coach Jason March will be available following training camp practices and at Media Day on Wednesday, Oct. 27 beginning at 1:30 p.m.
