Medline becomes sponsor for DeSoto Central athletics

The company will help fulfill equipment and facility needs for student athletes and coaches

Medline is now sponsoring the DeSoto Central High School athletics department, in an effort to give back to the  Southaven community and help athletic teams secure equipment needs, have access to practice facilities and more.

“Having Medline join our sponsorship team is a big win for our athletic department,” said Jake Long, DeSoto Central athletic director. “Their donation will help us meet many of our daily needs for teams. This is going to create great opportunities for both our student athletes and coaches.”

“We’re proud to support the local community and DeSoto Central High School, as many Medline team members call the Southaven area home,” said Brad Hollen, director of operations at Medline. “Being involved in athletics, students learn time-management, leadership and teamwork skills, among others. We’re pleased to be able to support student athletes’ continued development through increasing access to facilities and equipment.”
