- DeSoto County Schools – closed
- Magnolia Heights School – 10 a.m. late start, buses at 9:30 a.m. (parents check email for possible updates)
- Northwest Mississippi Community College – all campuses closed
SCHOOL CLOSINGS/DELAYS – FEB. 2
- DeSoto County Schools – closed, school board meeting moved to Friday, Feb. 3 at 10 a.m.
- Magnolia Heights School – closed, no extended care
- Northpoint Christian School – closed and no TrojanCare
- Northwest Mississippi Community College – all campuses closed, all instruction done virtually. Residence halls and meal services will be open.
OTHER CLOSINGS/DELAYS – FEB. 2
- DeSoto County Planning Commission meeting – canceled until March
- Southaven City Hall offices and non-emergency facilities – open at 10 a.m.
- Olive Branch City Hall offices and City Administration offices – open at 10 a.m.
- Olive Branch Municipal Court – 10 a.m. start
