United Way of the Mid-South announced a “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive in DeSoto County, seeking supplies, volunteers and community partners to support local students and teachers.
The organization said the initiative aims to provide students and teachers with essential supplies to begin the school year with confidence.
United Way told supporters it can provide collection receptacles for companies from June 1–30. The group said collected items can be dropped off July 1 from 8 a.m. to noon at Horn Lake High School, where volunteers will be on site to receive, sort and pack donations for direct distribution.
