United Way, DeSoto County Schools launch Stuff the Bus supply drive

United Way and DeSoto County Schools announced a Stuff the Bus initiative to collect school supplies, organizers said. The drive runs through the rest of June.

Organizers asked groups that collect supplies to bring them to Horn Lake High School on July 1 for drop-off and sorting, the organizations said.

The supplies will be distributed to new teachers’ classrooms across the district, United Way and DeSoto County Schools said.

Organizers directed people to the event flyer for more information, the announcement said.
