Trey Bledsoe was sworn in this week as Southaven’s fire chief, the Southaven Fire Department said in a social media post.
The department said Bledsoe has been with the Southaven Fire Department since 1999 and has advanced through the ranks.
The post said the department was proud of Bledsoe and expressed confidence in his leadership and vision as he guides the department into its next chapter.
The announcement included congratulations from the department. It did not provide further details about the swearing-in ceremony.
