Southaven says online utility payment portal is working again

The City of Southaven reported in a 3:40 p.m. update that a technical issue affecting its online utility payment portal had been resolved and that the portal was working.

The city had earlier said the portal was down and that it would provide an update once service returned. While the outage continued, payments could be made in person at City Hall, 8710 Northwest Drive. The city apologized for the inconvenience.
