Joann Fabrics and Crafts stores, including the Southaven Towne Center, are set to close as the company has announced all of its stores will close.

The 82-year-old Hudson, Ohio-based company in January filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time in a year. Going-out-of-business sales either are already underway or will start shortly and the website and app are operating.

The Southaven store is one of three Joann stores that are located in Mississippi, which includes locations in Jackson and Tupelo.

Joann Fabrics issued a Customer FAQ sheet about the filing and what is next expected to happen.
