The railroad said it will close the Stateline Road railroad crossing from 8 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, to 6 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, to make improvements.
Stateline Road will be closed between Horn Lake Road and Highway 51, except for local traffic, the railroad said. No vehicles will be allowed to cross the tracks at the crossing during the work, the railroad said.
Railroad crews will perform the improvements, and the company said it expects the crossing to reopen in less than 24 hours.
The railroad advised motorists to use alternate routes during the closure.
