Purse snatchers sought in Southaven

Southaven Police say they are looking for suspects connected with purse snatchings in Olive Branch who then used stolen debit/credit cards at two locations in Southaven.

Police said the theft occurred in the past week and that the cards were fraudulently used at the Kroger store at Goodman and Getwell, and at the Southaven Walmart Supercenter.

Surveillance video shows the men wearing face masks when using the cards to make purchases, but the video also distinctly showed tattoos the suspects had on their arms.

One suspect has a tattoo on his right forearm that says “Mario”, a cross on the top of his right hand, and a pharaoh on his left forearm.

The second suspect appears to have flames or smoke on the tops of his hands.

If anyone has any information on the identity of these subjects, you are asked to contact the Southaven Police Department at 662-393-8652 or email at TIPS@southaven.org

Here are photos provided by the Police Department on its Facebook page from surveillance video of the suspects making a purchase at the Kroger store in Southaven.
