Southaven police are investigating a morning shooting in a local apartment complex.
Officers were called to the Fox Haven Community at 500 Rasco Road West around 6:20 a.m. Monday morning, Aug. 21 regarding a shooting there.
When they arrived, officers discovered a man had been shot in the jaw and another man had been physically assaulted.
Both men were taken to hospital for treatment and police reported they were in stable condition.
No further details, including identities and the reason for the incident taking place, were immediately available and police said the investigation is continuing.
