Online land auction sale date announced

DeSoto County Tax Collector Joey Treadway has announced an online public auction will be held on Monday, Aug. 29 for lands where taxes have remained unpaid. 

In making the announcement, Treadway said the taxes are delinquent for 2021 and will be sold for taxes, costs, damages and interest, as provided by law.

Registration for buyers can be done online at https://WWW.GOVEASE.COM/AUCTIONS. 

The sale on Aug. 29 will begin at 8:30 a.m. Call Treadway’s office at 662-469-8030 with any further questions.
