Olive Branch delivers cookies to dispatchers for National Dispatchers Week

Olive Branch officials visited the city’s dispatch center with fresh cookies during National Dispatchers Week, Mayor Ken Adams said in a post by the City of Olive Branch government.

The city said the small gesture was meant “to put a smile on their faces” and to recognize the “enormous amount of work they do behind the scenes.”

The post described dispatchers as “the calm voice in the chaos” and thanked them for their dedication, Adams wrote.

The message was shared by the City of Olive Branch government to mark the week and acknowledge the role dispatchers play in daily operations, according to the post.
